A proposal to lower the age requirement for president, vice president, and senators through a constitutional convention is being pushed in the House of Representatives under Resolution of Both Houses No. 2 (RBH2).
House Deputy Speaker Paolo Ortega led the filing of RBH2, expressing confidence that it has strong chances of passing, saying the measure would bring significant benefits to the country.
